Putt Social is a brand new, next level entertainment venue that features a tech infused, interactive 9-hole mini-golf course and immersive games paired with a delicious menu and a variety of uniquely crafted drinks. This is a next generation experience for all ages!
Reporting to the General Manager, the Lead Bartender at Putt Social is a true pro on the course, ensuring smooth and efficient bar and front-of-house operations. With a keen eye for detail, they swing into action to deliver top-notch customer service, making sure every guest feels like a VIP. They also support the front-of-house team, guiding them to hit every customer interaction out of the park, ensuring a hole-in-one experience every time!

“Tee-off Targets”
- Provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
- Manage the bar opening and closing duties.
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & beer & Ensures consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Maintain positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve Certificate required
- Standard First Aid/CPRC/AED Certificate required or willing to obtain
- Minimum 2 years Bartending experience required
- Minimum 1 year of previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Hours can range between 28-32 a week.
