Location: Hybrid (Toronto-based, flexible remote/occasional in office)

Compensation: $80–100K base + uncapped commission

Our client builds modern platforms that power learning, membership, and event management for associations across North America. With a strong global team, healthy pipeline, and deep market traction, they’re now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to take ownership of a mature inbound sales funnel and drive enterprise growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of qualified leads passed by a high-performing SDR team
  • Conduct engaging discovery sessions to uncover client needs and shape tailored LMS/AMS solutions
  • Deliver compelling demos and guide non-technical stakeholders through complex buying decisions
  • Build relationships across the sales cycle (typically 8–12 months) and act as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with solution architects, project teams, and leadership to design proposals and close deals
  • Contribute feedback to influence product direction and client experience

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in SaaS with custom implementations or long sales cycles
  • Strong presentation and storytelling ability — especially with non-technical audiences
  • A self-starter’s mindset: resourceful, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working remotely while staying connected to a collaborative, values-driven culture
