About the role

Job Overview:

Our national marketing team drives both practice and corporate marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels to accelerate organic growth, retention programs and differentiate our practices and national platform. This role is a key member that shapes and executes the regional marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with national priorities and the local marketing needs of dental practices in your designated region.

As an innovative, service orientated Marketing leader with B2C experience, you’ll leverage your digital and traditional marketing knowledge and skills to create scalable, high-impact local marketing programs and guide best practices across practices in your region.

You’ll take pride being an innovative and entrepreneurial marketer by delivering campaigns that meet the unique business needs of each practice in your region while also contributing to the development of departmental standards and marketing playbooks. You enjoy taking ownership and being hands-on in your role, while also mentoring and influencing peers. You’ll work closely with various internal teams including Operations, Finance and external agency partners to understand local market opportunities and act as a trusted advisor in setting direction for regional initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Regional Strategy & Annual Planning

  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans for your region based on a deepunderstanding of practice KPIs, local market dynamics, patient insights, andgrowth objectives.
  • Optimize and allocate marketing budgets across clinics within the portfolio,ensuring alignment with national strategies and maximizing ROI.
  • Shape regional priorities by acting as a trusted advisor to practice leaders,Operations partners, and cross-functional teams.

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Review clinic performance regularly with support from the Analytics team,identifying opportunities, risks, and required adjustments.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing audits and action plans for clinics; presentrecommendations and quarterback execution end-to-end.
  • Monitor performance of all initiatives (monthly, quarterly, annually) and leadstructured post-mortems to identify improvements, share learnings, and scalebest practices.
  • Deliver insights to Operations and clinics (e.g., lead conversion, patientacquisition drivers, Google Reviews performance).

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to eachclinic’s business needs, focusing on what drives new patients the most.
  • Build detailed workback schedules, creative briefs, and budget trackers, ensuringaccountability from internal teams and agency partners.

New Clinics, Rebrands & Strategic Projects

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for new acquisitions, rebrands, tuck-unders, relocations, expansions, and de novos.
  • Serve as the marketing lead in cross-functional planning meetings, ensuringmarketing considerations are integrated early and completely.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, launch plans, and initial performance tracking fornew clinic onboarding.

Approvals, Quality Control & Compliance

  • Review and approve all custom patient-facing materials produced for yourregion’s clinics (GBP posts, emails, content, paid social ads, signage, mailers,videos, photoshoots, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and qualityexpectations across all marketing outputs.
  • Maintain strict oversight of any marketing content or campaigns requiringcompliance review.

Clinic Onboarding, Education & Enablement

  • Lead or support clinic onboarding meetings, ensuring teams understandavailable marketing services, processes, tools, and expectations.
  • Deliver clear and confident onboarding presentations to new clinics, new leaders,or newly acquired practices.
  • Act as a point of escalation for Marketing within your region, helping clinicsnavigate systems, requests, and marketing best practices.

Team Management

  • Manage, coach, and develop your reports, fostering a culture of ownership,accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee workload distribution, provide guidance on priorities, and support thecoordinator in troubleshooting issues and elevating their capabilities.

Process Improvement & Contribution to National Marketing Excellence

  • Contribute to the development of templates, processes, policies, and toolkits thatenable scalability and consistency across regions.
  • Share regional insights, best practices, and learnings with the national Marketingleadership team to help enhance programs and capabilities.
  • Support any additional projects and duties

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience (dental or health care preferred),with demonstrated leadership in managing regional or multi-site portfoliosIndepth understanding of digital marketing (e.g. print, radio, social media, paidsearch, organic search, local online marketing, website development, etc.) toguide strategy, inform priorities, and ensure scalable execution
  • Strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage complexprojects end-to-end, including cross-functional initiatives with multiplestakeholders
  • Exceptional Microsoft capabilities including Word, PPT and Excel
  • Experience with team communication platforms such as MS Teams, andexperience with online task and project management tools such as Asana, withthe ability to establish processes and ensure adoption across teams.

  • Fully bilingual in English and French is a requirement•Considered the “go to marketer” when something new needs to be created and you love that, while also guiding others in bringing innovative ideas to life
  • Enjoy learning about each market in your portfolio and adapting programs to meet their local needs and goals, while ensuring alignment with regional and national priorities
  • A compelling storyteller who can communicate in concise and inspiring ways. You’re experienced at content creation and copywriting, and can influence diverse audiences including practice leaders, cross-functional teams, and
  • Possess strong business acumen, analytical abilities, interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionablestrategies
  • Skilled and effective cross-functional collaborator building trusted partnershipsthat shape decision-making across departments
