About the team:
The Computing Data Application Acceleration Lab aims to create a leading global data analytics platform organized into three specialized teams using innovative programming technologies. This team focuses on full-stack innovations, including software-hardware co-design and optimizing data efficiency at both the storage and runtime layers. This team also develops next-generation GPU architecture for gaming, cloud rendering, VR/AR, and Metaverse applications.
One of the goals of this lab are to enhance algorithm performance and training efficiency across industries, fostering long-term competitiveness.
About the job:

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and research achievements in the industry and academia within the AI/ML domain, generating insightful technology reports.

Drive the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop strategic technical plans in the development and implementation of AI/ML project.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI/ML team.
The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $58,000- $104,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
About the ideal candidate:

PhD or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, focusing on AI & Deep Learning with solid publication records.

Demonstrated solid foundation of understanding and navigating complex technical landscape.

Demonstrated technical research and development experience in AI/ML domains.

Experience in heterogeneous (CPU/GPU/NPU) computing, high performance AI computing architecture, Big Data and Graphic Processing is an asset.

Possession of a keen sense of technology, enabling the ability to gather first-hand insights and stay abreast of the latest industry trends.

Strong communication and presentation skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
