Oulton College is excited to be launching a new Associate Degree in Business Administration (ADBA), coming in September 2026! As we move towards this exciting milestone, we are seeking qualified and passionate instructors to join our teaching pool for the ADBA program.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in individuals with strong academic or professional expertise in business who are ready to teach at the post-secondary level. Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or an equivalent excellent record of other academic credentials, professional designations and/or professional experience appropriate to the area of instruction.
- 3 years teaching experience is preferred (college or university level preferred)
- Current or recent industry practice in a business-related field
- Evidence of professional or academic currency(publications, presentations, ongoing development) is desirable
