🌟 We're Hiring: Bilingual UX Writer
Location: Montreal | Hybrid (4 Days In-Office, 1 Day Remote) Contract: 12-Month+ English & French Required
We’re looking for a talented UX Writer (Bilingual French/English) to help shape digital experiences that connect with millions of users. This is a 12-month+ contract role in Montreal, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence how content informs, guides, and delights users.
What You’ll Do: Develop content strategies that meet user needs and align with product goals. Create client-focused content across digital products, including labels, explanatory text, metadata, and support content. Collaborate with design, research, and product teams to define content that enhances usability and engagement. Conduct content research and audits, perform competitive analysis, and test content effectiveness. Advocate for users and ensure content meets accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards.
