Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Rural area. Residential. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
