About the role
WHAT IS THIS OPPORTUNITY?
Assist with evaluating, scheduling, executing, and managing assigned risk control tasks related to the application codes supported by CMTC. Ensuring alignment with organizational risk management standards and compliance requirements. Actively participates in all CMTC internal audits, contributing to the identification of gaps, implementation of corrective actions, and continuous improvement of processes. Additionally, oversees the execution of risk reporting for application codes supported by CMTC, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to reporting standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide support to Pay Edge in managing risk and reporting to maintain compliance and ensure responsibility.
- Work with the CMTC Risk team as a central point of contact for risk management matters.
- Work with CCBPT Central Risk team, and other teams, as a CMTC risk representative.
- 1B Reviewer backup for all CMTC findings and issues, ensuring they meet RBC Standards.
- Help monitor weekly and monthly IT Global Risk metrics, multiple Tableau dashboards, and other risk related metrics as needed.
- Collaborate with application teams to monitor and ensure compliance status for all risk related metrics, including vulnerabilities, technical security standards, NPIDs, and more.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues to the correct teams for appropriate resolution.
- Ensure compliance training requirements are met for over 200 resources (employees + contractors), maintaining good standing.
- Audit follow up / coordination for pillar audit activities
- Assist in the preparation of weekly risk presentations, reports, and other deliverables as required.
- Provide support for additional team activities and initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must Have:
- Solid understanding of IT Risk Management
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong delivery and ability to collaborate
Nice to Have:
- Possess a good understanding of technology and demonstrate familiarity with its applications. (strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of Archer
- Recognized risk management certifications (e.g. CRISC or similar)
- Experience managing SOC1 and Crown Jewels technologies
