Join our Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Finance team in our Montréal office and help propel local businesses forward!
You will be involved in various aspects of deal development and execution in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate financing. You will also be responsible for managing and performing complex analyses and research mandates across a wide range of industries, acting as a key member of the team.
As an Advisor/Senior Advisor, you will support the team by:
- Preparing financial models and various analyses and valuations, including DCF, LBO, public company and comparable transaction analyses
- Conducting a wide range of industry research and analysis
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations for potential clients
- Helping prepare documentation required to present opportunities to potential buyers, investors, and lenders, including teasers and confidential information memorandums (CIMs)
- Researching and identifying potential strategic and financial buyers and investors
- Supporting the transaction process, execution, and due diligence
- Supervising and coaching analysts in the delivery of their work

- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of full-time professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, or private equity
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, economics)
- Professional designation CPA, CBV, or CFA (an asset)
- Strong financial and analytical skills in corporate finance and securities analysis
- Strong work ethic and high motivation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial market tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Capital IQ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge, including financial statements, GAAP principles, financial analysis, valuation methods, etc.
- High level of organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience executing projects in a fast-paced professional environment
- Demonstrated initiative and problem‑solving skills
- Strong interest in and good understanding of financial markets
