Location: Mississauga, ON Work Model: Field-Based / Client-Facing; 40hr/week; 5days/week Duration: Contract (ASAP Start to July 30, 2027)
Rate: CAD 28- 35/hr on T4

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and customer engagement within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, promoting healthcare products, and educating healthcare professionals on product solutions and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. Promote and demonstrate healthcare products and solutions to customers. Conduct product sampling and presentations to healthcare professionals. Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify growth opportunities. Educate healthcare staff on products, standards, and clinical guidelines. Support the development of short- and long-term sales growth strategies. Position the organization as a trusted solutions provider within the healthcare industry. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems.
Requirements
Experience in healthcare or medical sales within private, public, government, acute care, or post-acute care environments. Experience selling or supporting wound care products is highly preferred. Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong understanding of healthcare sales and marketing processes. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach.
