##DESCRIPTION

Amazon's Accounts Receivable Technology team, part of FinAuto (Finance Automation), is transforming financial operations through next-generation automation powered by agentic AI. We process trillions in annual transactions across every Amazon business worldwide, including AWS, Stores, and Digital. Our team is building intelligent systems that optimize the entire order-to-cash lifecycle, from sales through billing and collections. Looking for a strong SDE-II to build automation collection system.

As Amazon's financial operations grow exponentially with business expansion, traditional approaches to scaling through human operations are no longer sufficient. Our team is at the forefront of solving this challenge through innovative automation solutions that combine artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise-grade workflows to transform how financial operations work.

Key job responsibilities

• Working collaboratively, shape the vision and strategy for solving business problems in AR tech space focussed on improving collection efficiency.
• Mentor, grow, and share the journey to deliver with quality.
• Deep dive, develop and deliver systems that are highly maintainable. Technical leader for the team with the ability to deliver against all odds.
• Data driven approach for making right architecture decisions, managing business priorities

##BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

##PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
