Job Description En tant que Représentant Associé – Ventes Internes , vous interagirez avec les clients existants, principalement par téléphone et par courriel, afin d’augmenter les ventes des produits et/ou services de l’entreprise en obtenant et en proposant des ventes additionnelles, en créant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur à son expérience d’achat. Vous collaborerez avec les représentants des ventes externes afin d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.
Responsabilités
- Obtenir des commandes par téléphone et par courriel, vérifier et saisir les articles, transférer les commandes pour exécution, expliquer les ruptures de stock et les dates de livraison prévues.
- Augmenter les ventes en suggérant des produits connexes, en expliquant leurs caractéristiques et en vérifiant l’historique d’achat du client.
- Avec accompagnement, prendre en charge, qualifier et développer les opportunités transmises par le marketing, les ventes externes et les comptes nationaux.
- Préparer, générer et assurer le suivi des devis (verbaux ou écrits) afin d’obtenir les commandes ou de déterminer les raisons de leur perte.
- Examiner les rapports de commandes clients ouvertes et agir sur les éléments à risque susceptibles de compromettre les délais de livraison promis.
- Maintenir les rapports liés aux commandes en attente dans le système de distribution, les rapports d’expédition associés et les notifications clients.
- Faire rapport à la direction sur les tendances du marché, les prix concurrents et les commentaires des clients.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme d’études secondaires requis; baccalauréat préféré.
- Connaissance et expérience souhaitées en vente et en administration des ventes; en cours d’acquisition de compétences avancées, mais déjà un contributeur professionnel productif (0 à 2 ans d’expérience).
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et capacité à effectuer des tâches informatiques de base.
- Capacité à accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à collaborer efficacement.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
- Grande attention aux détails.
- Capacité à prospecter et à promouvoir des concepts auprès des comptes existants et potentiellement nouveaux.
- Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes courants ou standards.
- Capacité à identifier et définir des problèmes et des solutions possibles de manière autonome; à choisir parmi les solutions existantes.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec supervision.
- Capacité à voyager jusqu’à 25 %.
As an Associate Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, primarily by phone and email, to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services by obtaining and up-selling orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.
Responsibilities
- Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
- Increase orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checks customer’s buying history.
- With guidance, owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
- Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
- Review open customer order reports and act on open items, including those items that may be at risk in meeting customer’s promised delivery date.
- Maintain distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
- Report industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills, however still a productive professional contributor (0-2 years).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, and ability to perform basic computer skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts
- Ability to act and solve routine or standard problems
- Ability to identify and define problems and possible solutions independently; chooses among existing solutions
- Ability to work independently with supervision
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Compensation Details: $21.21 - $26.51 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
