What we are looking for
We require a Law Clerk with at least one year of Ontario Small Claims Court experience, attention to detail, a strong sense of initiative, and who enjoys working collaboratively. We prefer applicants to be ILCO certified, although this is not a requirement. Applicants must possess professional-level English to be considered.
Who we are
Our firm is serious about the law work we do and we carry out that work in a fun environment.
If you're joining us, then your GIF game is strong in our MS Teams chats, you don't mind a few four-letter words being thrown around casually and you come ready to laugh out loud at least once a day and probably end up crying laughing at least twice a year.
We support our Team through monthly law/life balance lunches where we talk about how to manage the stress of what we do with our real lives while enjoying foods from around the world.
We have fun as a Team on our annual summer fun day, where we travel in style to enjoy good food and then a good competition to see who gets their name on the firm plaque this year.
The work is fun too. Our clients range from owner-operated businesses to multi-nationals with issues that are challenging and not repetitive.
We're not a normal law firm, and that's a good thing because normal is boring, and who wants to work in a boring law firm?
