A day in the life…
- Greeting all service customers.
- Handling customer service requests and concerns.
- Seamless coordinating and managing customer appointments.
- Performing designated administrative duties and creating internal work orders.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
What we look for…
- We require a valid provincial driver’s license.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
- A positive can-do attitude!
