About PixMob

At PixMob, we reinvent the live entertainment experience. We transform crowds into luminous human screens for the biggest events on the planet—from the Super Bowl and the Stanley Cup to global tours for the world’s top artists. To power this magic, our supply chain and facility operations must run with surgical precision.

Job Description

We are looking for a leader who has a wealth of experience, expertise, and a proven track record in inventory and manufacturing operations. The Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager handles the daily physical management and operational workflow of PixMob's assets and structural facility infrastructure. This position is accountable for maintaining 100% physical inventory accuracy while executing high-efficiency manufacturing processes for global asset renewal and technical refurbishment. The W&M Manager supervises the layout, zoning, and day-to-day racking strategies of the facility, coordinates all inbound/outbound shipping and receiving operations, and manages technical refurbishment cycles. Additionally, this role maintains floor-wide occupational health and safety compliance, alongside hazardous materials regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Integrity, Space Optimization & Systems (WMS/ERP)

  • WMS & ERP Governance: Act as the business owner for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Rootstock ERP inventory entries, ensuring accurate, real-time data logging for all physical stock movements.
  • Space & Layout Utilization: Design and maintain racking locations, putaway logic, and clear "Inside vs. Outside" storage footprints to maximize warehouse capacity while protecting sensitive electronic materials.
  • Cycle Counting & Audits: Implement a rolling cycle-count protocol based on SKU velocity to eliminate year-end discrepancies, and lead the Year-End Audit process from A to Z.

Manufacturing & Technical Refurbishment

  • Production Scheduling: Lead the Manufacturing and Refurbishment team daily to meet production schedules, converting recovered components back into show-ready products.
  • Materials Requirement Planning (MRP): Oversee component inventory pipelines (PCB components, shells, battery cells, pull-tabs) and partner closely with Procurement to ensure continuous manufacturing runs without part stock-outs.
  • Global Activity Support: Oversee day-to-day refurbishment workflows across international 3PL hubs or specialized fly-in/fly-out technical teams, ensuring 100% quality parity across all global sites.

Shipping, Receiving & Dock Operations

  • Dock Traffic Supervision: Direct physical dock and gate operations, ensuring safe and efficient flows for incoming raw materials, post-event return loads, and outgoing show shipments.
  • Shipping Discrepancies: Manage inbound intake protocols to audit arriving items against commercial documentation, investigating and resolving shipping variances immediately.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

  • Hazardous Material Storage: Maintain workplace safety and handling compliance for Lithium-Ion batteries under IATA, IMDG, and local safety codes.
  • Health and Safety Leadership: Participate actively in the occupational health and safety committee. Execute routine facility safety checklists and maintain a proactive zero-accident warehouse culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial warehouse management, inventory management, plant operations, or technical refurbishment/manufacturing environments. Systems & Technical Skills: Experienced user of WMS and Tier-1 ERP systems (Rootstock/Salesforce environments an asset); comfortable managing barcode and scanner workflows.
  • Core Competencies: Practical knowledge of industrial safety codes (such as CNESST/OSHA) and hazardous materials handling (Lithium battery regulations); strong capacity for workflow optimization and resource planning.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  • French knowledge is an important asset.
