As part of a digital transformation initiative, the ServiceNow Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing user needs, recommending appropriate technical and functional solutions, and supporting development and implementation on the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with business analysts and developers in an Agile environment
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Document, analyze, and test changes within ServiceNow
- Lead workshops with teams
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and training materials
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a similar role
- Experience working in a ServiceNow environment (required)
- Good knowledge of APIs, user testing, and Agile development
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
