Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage
- Maintain records of orders and the amount, type and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system
- Maintain inventory of spare and replacement parts
- Assume Administrative duties as directed, including those related to invoicing, scanning inspection sheet and other documents in various software systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Skills
- Post Secondary Diploma would be an asset
- Experience with parts would be an asset
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong team player
- Organizational, and problem-solving skills
