About The Role We are looking for a Senior Associate, Client Success to join us in Toronto. Our Client Success team plays a central role in supporting and growing our relationships across the global securities finance community. Working closely with trading desks, operations teams and senior stakeholders at leading financial institutions, we ensure our clients derive measurable value from our solutions.
As a Senior Associate, Client Success in Toronto, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across North America, acting as a trusted day-to-day partner to our clients. You will help drive product adoption, support renewals and identify growth opportunities across our product suite.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships, supporting long-term satisfaction, retention and incremental revenue growth.
- Build strong working relationships with business and operational stakeholders at client firms, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day engagement.
- Support account planning activities, identifying opportunities for product expansion and cross-sell in partnership with Sales.
- Monitor client usage data and success metrics to identify adoption trends, potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Deliver regular business reviews and performance updates to clients, highlighting value delivered and upcoming enhancements across our platform.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to share structured client feedback and contribute to roadmap discussions.
- Proactively support renewal processes by ensuring alignment on value delivered and future client objectives.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Support and Operations teams to improve the overall client experience across the trade lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track engagement activity, pipeline opportunities and account health.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant commercial experience in client success, account management, relationship management or similar roles within financial services or a B2B SaaS environment
- Good understanding of capital markets, with exposure to securities finance, trading platforms or post-trade processes considered advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility across client business and operational teams.
- Shows commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to expand product usage and increase client value.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and client analytics tools to manage accounts and track performance metrics.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, including delivering structured client presentations.
- Works collaboratively across Sales, Product, Technology and Operations to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Manages competing priorities effectively and remains organised in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, completing relevant FINRA certifications (SIE, S7, S63, S24) within 12 months if not already held.
