Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for daily operations
• Perform bank, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R) reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and conduct basic financial analysis
• File tax-related returns, including GST, payroll remittances
• Manage investor funding accounts and related records
• Communicate with financial institutions regarding financing matters and investment account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2?3 years of relevant accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage 50
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Mandarin is an asset
