We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented In-House Graphic Designer to bring our portfolio of premium cannabis brands to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in shaping how budtenders and consumers experience our brands – from product launches to retail campaigns, trade materials, and digital storytelling.
As part of a small but dynamic marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with brand, innovation, and sales colleagues to deliver consistent, compliant, and compelling creative assets that elevate our house of brands.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Design

Develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for four distinct brands, ensuring consistent application across all assets.

Design packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and retail displays within Health Canada regulations.

Support product photography, brand style guides, and seasonal creative refreshes.

Work with the marketing team to evolve brand systems and toolkits as the portfolio grows.

Digital & Content Design
-
Create digital assets for websites, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Design presentation decks, trade materials, investor and corporate communications.

Support digital campaigns (organic and paid), ensuring strong visual storytelling aligned with each brand’s DNA.
Organization & Project Management
-
Maintain an organized digital asset library and version control for all design files.

Develop and manage creative production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Track feedback and revisions systematically to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure all deliverables are archived, accessible, and consistent with brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with external printers and vendors to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to prioritize projects based on business needs.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in CPG, cannabis, food & beverage, or wellness industries.

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems, packaging, and digital design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Lightroom, or Canva is an asset.

Exceptional attention to detail, with strong layout, typography, and color sense.

Ability to balance creativity with compliance in a regulated industry.

Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
