About the role

Are you an experienced Account Executive with a passion for driving new business and expanding client relationships?

We’re hiring an Account Executive for a leading company in the commercial security and monitoring space. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying hybrid hunter role focused on driving new business, converting inbound opportunities, and growing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering tailored security solutions while contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term client success.

Account Executive Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to close and account expansion Convert inbound leads into revenue-generating opportunities Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quota Present and position technical security solutions to decision-makers Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction Provide accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings within the commercial security sector

Account Executive Qualifications:

Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales or business development role Commercial physical security sales experience is required Strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and related solutions Live video monitoring and RMR sales experience Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline Excellent presentation and solution-selling skills Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals Results-driven with a strategic and consultative sales approach

Employment Details:

Base salary starting at $70,000.00 per year plus comp structure Supportive company culture Growth Opportunities
