Your Role

• Transmission Diagnostics & Repairs: Accurately diagnose and repair transmissions
• Comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple systems
• Customer Communication: Collaborate with Service Advisors and clearly communicate repair needs and timelines
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and support staff to ensure smooth shop operations

Qualifications

• Journeyman Technician certification (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair both manual and automatic transmissions
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong problem-solving skills and a “fix it right the first time” approach
