About the role
SRG London is recruiting for a Controller for an owner operated company in St. Thomas, ON. This position reports directly to the President. This position is for an open vacancy and is open due to an upcoming retirement.

Responsibilities (Not limited to ): Lead the Finance team, developing staff and driving high‑performance execution. Oversee GAAP‑compliant reporting with accurate, timely monthly and annual financials. Drive budgeting and forecasting, leading annual planning and ongoing financial analysis. Manage job costing and inventory across production jobs, custom orders, and raw/finished goods. Monitor cash flow, support year‑end audit, and advise leadership on financial strategy.
Experience: 5-10 years’ of similar experience-experience from construction* is required CPA designation is required Supervisory experience is required
