Hospitality Associate – Bistro To Go – Mary Keyes Residence

Classification: 1-General

Position Type: Seasonal Part-Time

Hours: 24 hours/week up to 39.5 hours/week

Hourly Wage Rate: Not specified

Anticipated Normal Work Schedule:

Wednesday – Sunday, 6:30 pm–11:30 pm

Schedule subject to change. May be required to work weekends and evenings.

Job Description and Summary:

  • Perform fast, accurate customer transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • May be required to perform cashier duties
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Comply with Second Cup and Hospitality Policies and Procedures
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to policy/procedure
  • Multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Interact with customers and provide accurate information
  • Perform cashier job description duties

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-paced cashier positions
  • Proficiency in customer service, reading, writing, and English skills
