Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales success? As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting product sales across your territory by interpreting specifications, generating accurate quotes, and providing timely technical support. You’ll engage directly with customers, channel partners, and manufacturing teams to identify opportunities and turn them into wins. With minimal supervision, you’ll use a mix of sales support strategies to meet order and revenue goals—while delivering smart, customer-focused solutions that make a real impact.

What will you do? Sales - Provide technical support on electrical products, assemblies and services to customers and channel, including application and pricing assistance. Prepare sales proposals based on customer requirements while meeting timeline expectations. Utilize pricing tools to complete competitive professional quotations.

Collaboration - Support outside sales representatives with quotation follow-up and competitive activity reporting. Assist outside sales representatives and channel on opportunity identification, quotation, order entry, production tracking and shipping.

Customer Relationships - Build relationships with customers, channel and internal personnel to enhance long term business growth. Partner with channel to create focus and enhance market reputation.Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards.

Your electrical industry experience and customer-focused mindset will help you deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Success also depends on your ability to think critically, solve problems, and contribute positively to team outcomes—all supported by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Technology or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of technical experience in the electrical industry.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within an 80km radius of the Calgary, Alberta facility will be considered.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CET or Electrical P. Eng. designation.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in the electrical industry.
