About the role
About The Role As an Order Entry Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders, repairs, and service requests are entered accurately and efficiently into our system. You’ll help deliver an excellent customer experience by keeping orders up to date and supporting our production team.
What You’ll Do
- Enter new custom orders and remake orders.
- Process ITE (In-the-Ear) and BTE (Behind-the-Ear) service orders.
- Save customer settings and apply credits when needed.
- Update and maintain order information.
- Handle incoming ICS packages.
- Support the Production Manager with additional tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of SAP operating systems.
- Excellent keyboard skills with speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
