About the Role VeriFast is looking for a Technical Innovation Intern / Co-op with a builder mentality to join our Revenue & Growth team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating solutions, learning new technologies, and solving real business challenges. You'll have the opportunity to build internal tools, improve workflows, develop automations, explore emerging technologies, and create practical solutions that help our teams work more effectively. Key Responsibilities Build internal tools and technical solutions that improve business operations. Develop prototypes and test new ideas. Create automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Improve workflows through technology and process improvements. Build integrations between systems and applications where appropriate. Research and evaluate new technologies that could improve how we work. Take ownership of projects from idea through implementation. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through technology.

Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience building software, automations, websites, dashboards, AI-powered tools, or other technical projects. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting quickly. Strong communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently. A GitHub profile, portfolio, personal website, or examples of projects you've built are highly encouraged.
