Ebbett Toyota Hamilton is seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Manager to join our dedicated and high-performing team.

This role is responsible for developing and growing our fleet sales business by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will work closely with businesses to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing fleet customers
• Grow fleet sales by identifying opportunities and managing the full sales process
• Deliver professional proposals and presentations to business clients
• Manage customer retention and ensure excellent ongoing service
• Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to achieve sales targets

Skills & Experience To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

• A proven track record of automotive sales, ideally in fleet / high volume sales
• Experience managing customer relationships and retention programmes
• Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end sales process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and proposal development skills
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly, logically and persuasively
• Confident computer and CRM skills
• An understanding of basic financial principles and terms
• Excellent inbound and outbound phone communication skills
• The ability to contribute positively within a team environment
• A full driver licence

Previous automotive management is preferred, however we are also interested in speaking with candidates who have a proven record in the industry and are looking to take the next step in their career.

About The Role This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required to support customers.
