About the role

Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our Industrial Automation & Manufacturing and Retail division in Markham, ON . By effectively managing your designated territory and building strong customer relationships, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's financial success. Your ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of manufacturing clients across Mid-Central & Eastern Canada.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated territory and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.

Qualifications MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in account management or technical sales within manufacturing, warehousing, retail, transportation and logistics, industrial automation, or related industries.
  • Valid Class G Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to the sites/customers in Mid-Central & Eastern Canada.

We Value

  • Experience with Honeywell’sProducttivity Solutions product lines or competitors (Zebra, Datalogic).
  • Understanding of IIoT, RFID, AI, AIDC or other automation platformssuch as voice directed work technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, Retail and Transportation and Logistics environments.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link mobility solutions to business outcomes.
