Job Summary:

The Vendor Enrollment Specialist is responsible for being first point of contact for our CashetPay Clients to assist them in setting up Vendors for payment. The Vendor Enrollment Specialist is responsible for Vendor outreach and setup in our Web Portal.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform vendor outreach and onboarding through the CASHetPay Vendor Portal or approved alternative methods
Respond to Client & Vendor emails in Salesforce in a timely manner
Collect, review, and validate vendor banking, tax, and payment information using established tools and procedures
Set up and maintain vendor records accurately within Salesforce, CASHetPay systems, and banking partner systems
Process domestic and foreign vendor setups following documented guidelines
Monitor and respond to Salesforce cases and queues, providing timely and professional responses to client and vendor inquiries
Follow up with vendors regarding stale or uncashed checks and assist with payment reissuance as needed
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential risk indicators and escalate appropriately
Follow up with vendors on outdated checks and gather correct information to complete payment
Coordinate with our Payment Processor (Exactuals) to set up Foreign Vendors
Complete missing details on Mapped Vendors from accounting software in the Master Vendor List
Comply with all Department and Company policies and procedures
May participate in various department projects
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with client facing acumen
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within the Film Production industry would be considered an asset.
Experience with Salesforce would be considered an asset

Working conditions:

Conditions are normal for an office environment
Hybrid work (2 days in office a week)

Hiring Salary Range:
This position offers an expected compensation of $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. This range reflects the anticipated salary for the successful candidate and complies with British Columbia’s pay transparency requirements.
