Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating data migration between systems, while ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
MORE PRECISELY:
- Analyze data structures and business needs to define migration strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Perform data cleansing, preparation, and mapping between source and target systems, applying the necessary transformation rules.
- Participate in the complete execution of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process and contribute to the definition and end-to-end testing of the migration process.
- Conduct thorough validations to guarantee the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the migrated data.
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in data migration or a similar role.
- Experience in data analysis, ETL, data cleansing, data mapping, and validation.
- Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and migration tools (e.g., D365 Data Management Framework, SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
- College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC) in Computer Science or equivalent (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French/English)
