Why This Role Matters

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect: Build daily lists of CMOs, demand-gen managers, and growth leaders at mid-market & enterprise SaaS firms.
  • Outreach: Write smart emails, send targeted LinkedIn touches, and make 100 calls per day.
  • Qualify: Run brief discovery, confirm fit, and book demos for Account Executives.
  • Optimize: Track every step in HubSpot; share what’s working (and what’s broken) so we can move fast.
  • Deliver: Hit weekly targets for meetings booked and pipeline dollars created.

What We’re Looking For

  • You can pitch your value in one sentence.
  • You keep going after 50 unanswered calls.
  • You write clearly and concisely.
  • You’re comfortable in a CRM and reading sales metrics.
  • You pick up new tools fast (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Nav, Clay).
  • You’re genuinely curious about AI and its impact on marketing.
  • You can work North American & European hours.

Nice-to-have: 1–2 years in outbound B2B software sales — but raw talent beats tenure.
