The Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Manager, Content & Creative to lead the development of high-quality content and brand creative across multiple channels, including our website, social media, email marketing, and sales enablement materials. This role is especially critical in supporting the production of a high volume of content for our continuing medical education (CME) programs across Canada and international markets.

This is a hybrid content and creative leadership role responsible for engaging our clinical audiences with strategic, informative, and visually aligned content that drives education, awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the content and creative development across Think Research’s digital channels—including website, social, email, video, display, and sales materials
  • Manage and mentor a team of writers, designers, and freelancers to deliver high-impact marketing assets aligned with brand and campaign goals
  • Oversee the planning, production, and delivery of high-volume content for CME programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
  • Own content calendars for social media and email marketing, ensuring consistent messaging, voice, and cadence
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and education teams to align creative execution with business and program objectives
  • Ensure all content—especially for clinical education—meets high standards for quality, clarity, and value to healthcare professionals
  • Leverage performance metrics and audience insights to continually optimize messaging and creative output
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and creative partners
  • Uphold and evolve Think Research’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., generative copy, creative automation, asset tagging) to improve efficiency, consistency, and output scale

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content and/or creative leadership roles, ideally in healthcare, digital education, or regulated industries
  • Proven track record managing high-volume content production, ideally in continuing medical education (CME), healthcare, or scientific communication
  • Experience leading content calendars, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration for digital campaigns
  • Strong portfolio of writing, brand storytelling, and/or visual design work
  • Expertise with content and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Comfort using AI tools to streamline content development and creative workflows
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
  • Bonus: Familiarity with medical content approval processes, HCP audiences, or pharma regulations
