Bannister Chevrolet Penticton is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Administrator to join our dynamic, high-performing team. This role focuses on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Deal Processing, supporting the daily financial operations of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
- Deal processing and reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting month-end accounting tasks
- Working closely with the sales and management teams
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (automotive experience is an asset, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and financial accuracy
- Proficiency with computers, email, and accounting software
- Professional communication and a positive attitude
- A team player who takes pride in their work
