Summary We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Service Coordinator role with the Edmonton Systems business. This position is a maternity leave coverage, with an initial length of 1 year, with possibility of extension . This role will be reporting to the Manager, Process Systems and Solutions in Edmonton.

In this Service Coordinator role, excellent written and oral communication skills and your positive outgoing personality, combined with strong communication and relationship building skills, will allow you to work extensively with both internal and external customers.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge Purchase Orders
  • Create Service Orders
  • Invoice Service Orders
  • Manage and Report Service Funds
  • Coordinate Site Access
  • Book Flights and Camps
  • Customer LEM/Maximo time entry and billing
  • Pay Invoices for contractors and service expenses
  • Proactive communication with customers, service team, Application Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Managers
  • Continual improvement of the order creation to invoicing process
  • Produce month-end summaries reports

Qualifications And Skills

  • Post-secondary or high school graduation plus business courses and/or 3+ years work related experience
  • Comprehensive computer skills
  • SAP experience considered an asset
  • High ability to learn new business systems
  • Extensive and exceptional customer service practices
  • Good decision-making and organizational skills
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent initiativeTenacity and grit with a positive attitude
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
