Position Overview:
The People & Culture Coordinator provides essential support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience and the smooth execution of People & Culture programs. This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and service-focused, acting as a key partner to the P&C team and first point of contact for staff.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Support – Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
- Data Administration – Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in P&C/HR systems and generate regular reports.
- Recruitment Coordination – Support talent acquisition by assisting with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Programs, Events & Initiatives – Assist with performance management cycle, coordinating training initiatives, and supporting the planning of staff events.
- Employee Support – Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely guidance or directing them to the right resources, including assisting with the maintenance of the People & Culture materials on our intranet.
- Compliance – Assist with compliance, audits, and policy updates.
- Projects – With a focus on continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience, initiates and leads other projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in P&C/HR, administration, or a people-focused role(experience in a technology organization preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting employees, driving business needs and improving processes.
The typical hiring range for this position is $63,000 - $73,000. General Fusion considers many factors when determining total compensation, including job-specific or highly specialized knowledge, skills and experience, proficiency, job location and internal equity.
