About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to help maintain our shop and inventory. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate material deliveries from suppliers and ensure efficient delivery to multiple different sites;
  • Manage all paperwork required for purchases/receptions.
  • Pull material from stock with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Maintain warehouse stock based on data from previous months;
  • Assist in establishing processes to improve order accuracy and delivery times to job sites.
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized and compliant with all internal and external safety standards;
  • Manage a small team of employees depending on volume of work;

  • 1-3 years’ warehouse or shipping/receiving experience;
  • Forklift experience and operator certification;
  • Ability to rapidly understand company needs;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team oriented;
  • Past field experience is an asset;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Basic to advanced computer skills
