Bio Green Industrial is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven sales professional who wants to help build something meaningful. This is an opportunity to join a growing Canadian manufacturer at an exciting stage of expansion and play a key role in building one of Canada's leading sustainable industrial brands. We're not looking for someone to simply maintain existing accounts. We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and growing a territory with virtually unlimited potential.

Bio Green Industrial manufactures high-performance, biodegradable industrial products for the construction, infrastructure, mining, forestry, road building, and heavy equipment industries. Our flagship products—including EZ Break™ Concrete Release Agent and EZ Pave™ Asphalt Release Agent—are engineered to outperform conventional petroleum-based products while improving worker safety, equipment protection, and environmental responsibility. We've already completed hundreds of field demonstrations, built strong relationships with contractors and distributors across Western Canada, and are expanding rapidly. Now we're looking for the right person to help take us to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop new business with contractors, distributors, municipalities, and industrial customers. Build lasting relationships across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Conduct product demonstrations and support customer field trials. Travel throughout British Columbia to grow your territory. Identify new distribution partners and strategic opportunities. Represent a premium Canadian manufacturing brand with professionalism and integrity.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has proven B2B sales experience. Understands the construction, industrial, building materials, or heavy equipment industries. Is motivated by building relationships and creating new opportunities. Thrives working independently with an entrepreneurial mindset. Wants to be rewarded for performance—not limited by earning caps. Candidates with existing relationships in the concrete, civil, infrastructure, building supply, construction chemical, or industrial sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
