##Role Overview
We are looking for aJunior–Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineerto join our growingiQ AI team. In this role, you will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI-driven products that integrate with Qualifacts’ core platform.
You will collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality features that bring AI capabilities into real-world healthcare workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work onAI-enabled products, modern cloud infrastructure, and scalable full-stack systems.
##Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for AI-powered healthcare applications
- Develop modern frontend interfaces using frameworks such asReact or Next.js
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs usingNode.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Integrate AI and data-driven features into product workflows
- Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale applications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
##Qualifications
###Required
- 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience buildingfull-stack web applications
- Proficiency withJavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience buildingREST APIs or backend services
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
###Nice to Have
- Experience withAI/ML integrations or LLM-based applications
- Experience withPython for backend or data processing
- Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience withDocker or containerized deployments
- Exposure to healthcare, EHR systems, or regulated environments
- Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices
