Salary range(but not limited to):
109,900 - 134,300
Incentive plan
Annual bonus: 15% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are looking for aLeader, PI Regionalto join our growing team inWinnipeg, MB!
The PI Regional Leader's goal is to support the Director of Distribution in the development of business strategies which deliver on objectives that drive growth, profitability and retention. They will implement and execute on business strategies by leveraging the manager's talents and skill sets through strong regional collaboration and build highly engaged teams.
What you’ll do here:
- Accountable for overall recruiting and staffing of personal insurance teams.
- Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing personal insurance managers.
- Collaborate with the Director to build and execute Engagement Action Plans.
- Analyze and resolve service and sales problems and follow up with clients on escalated issues as required.
- Conduct regular one on one meetings with direct reports and proactively manage succession plans for the teams.
- Travel within the region to drive results, meet with responsible managers, and drive engagement.
- Responsible for ensuring that quality of service meets the expected standards. Implement tools and programs to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our key insurer partners.
- Motivate staff to participate in company objectives and continuously keep them informed of changes or new directions.
What you bring to the table:
- General Insurance Level II or III
- Post secondary education preferred but not necessary
- Minimum of 5-8 years management experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation skills.
- Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to allow flexibility in your work hours to align with the operating hours of the sales team.
- Management of projects or initiatives outside of daily areas of responsibilities with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities; develops optimal solutions that maximize organizational performance.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong history of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locations in a hybrid environment.
