Fairview Consulting Corp. is expanding our commercial finance team and is looking for an experienced Commercial Mortgage Broker.
We specialize in commercial and multi-residential financing, working with developers, investors, and businesses across Atlantic Canada. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the finance, banking, lending, or commercial real estate industry who are looking to build a rewarding career in commercial mortgage financing while benefiting from the resources, network, and support of an experienced commercial finance firm.
What we're looking for
Valid New Brunswick Mortgage Brokerage Licence or willing to get license shortly. Experience in commercial lending or a strong desire to specialize in commercial financing. Self-motivated individual with strong business development and relationship management skills. Professional, client-focused approach.
What we offer
100% success-based commission structure, projected income up to $250,000. Access to Fairview’s lender relationships. Team support throughout the financing process (Executive Assistant & Financial Analyst). Opportunity to work on commercial real estate, apartment, construction, development, and CMHC-insured financing transactions. A collaborative environment focused on helping clients succeed.
