Your Opportunity at SECURE As our Administrator and Sales Support, you will be responsible for ensuring all orders submitted by the sales team are programmed, logistically organized, delivered, and tracked, along with other supportive and administrative duties.

The Team You’ll be embedded in a collaborative, cross-functional team that bridges sales, technical programming, logistics, and production. Leveraging the deep expertise of chemists, sales professionals, and field specialists, your team ensures seamless execution, programming orders, forecasting chemical needs, coordinating with production, and supporting customers every step of the way.
Work Environment You’ll be joining a fast-paced and technically advanced environment within SECURE’s Stimulation Chemicals division—part of the broader Specialty Chemicals offering, where innovation meets operational excellence. Supported by a network of labs, blending facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers, the workplace emphasizes streamlined order flow, logistical precision, and a strong commitment to customer-focused delivery.
A Day in The Life
- Interfacing with the end customer to ensure all CSO’s are submitted, signed off, and returned to accounts receivable.
- Tracking and documenting jobs as they are programmed and delivered.
- Logistics Coordination and Interfacing with the end user to ensure the promotion and accurate delivery of chemistry.
- Coordinate directly with hauling companies to organize the timing and logistics of outgoing deliveries.
- Create BOLs. (Bill of Lading).
- Technical programming and job design.
- Execute orders and coordinate sales directly with customers.
- Liaise with the production facility to provide forecasting and updates on chemical requirements.
- Monitor and plan on-hand inventory.
- General administrative duties and sales support tasks.
- Accurately and efficiently perform all tasks as assigned.
- Understand and comply with all safety, environmental requirements, and company policies.
- Be available (on call) for weekends and evenings to support the stimulation chemicals team.
- Perform various other duties by the sales and operations staff as required.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Technical or Business Diploma/Degree is considered an asset.
- TDG, WHMIS 2015, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated confidence, motivation, and determination with strong business sense and professional presence.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
