The Role:
This established and growing team is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience supporting WMS processes and the Körber system. The successful candidate will take on a critical role within the supply chain operations team, collaborating with technical leads, end users, and subject matter experts to implement and enhance warehouse management solutions. Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full lifecycle of Körber implementations across warehouse and distribution operations
- Troubleshoot operational and system issues, including those related to reporting and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with IT teams, project leads, and vendors to resolve escalated support issues
- Provide data-driven analysis to support issue resolution and business case development
- Mentor operational teams and develop WMS super users and trainers
- Define and document business needs and translate them into functional system requirements
- Contribute to the design, testing, and delivery of business solutions and integrations
- Analyse data recovery strategies and ensure adherence to system performance and security standards
- Work closely with other business analysts to support enhancements and ensure systems meet user demands
- Conduct fit/gap analyses and support change management initiatives
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for internal users
- Support help desk ticket resolution and escalate when needed
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with systems and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with Körber WMS
- Experience with system implementations, integrations, and business process improvements
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and solution documentation
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable simplifying technical concepts for varied audiences
- Proactive and self-directed with strong prioritization abilities
- Customer-focused approach to issue resolution and project support
- Familiarity with JDE is an asset
- Experience delivering end-user training is considered advantageous
