Your future duties and responsibilities
Role Overview
As a Delivery Lead, you will represent the business and lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives from initiation through execution. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities
. Project Leadership:
o Lead end-to-end delivery of business initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, and success criteria.
. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
o Facilitate sessions with business teams and technology partners to capture requirements.
o Conduct feasibility assessments and produce documentation using standard methodologies.
. Stakeholder Management:
o Build strong relationships with business partners, negotiate deliverables, and align milestones.
o Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to senior leadership.
. Process Optimization:
o Document current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
o Apply best practices in process design to enhance client experience.
. Risk & Change Management:
o Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
o 5+ years in project delivery or business consulting within financial services.
o Strong knowledge of project management and change management principles.
. Skills:
o Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
. Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (PMP or Agile certification is an asset).
