In this role, you’ll collaborate with deeply experienced instrumentation specialists who thrive on creativity, curiosity, and technical excellence—and you’ll grow your skills through hands‑on work in the field and in the office.

Your Impact Start each day knowing your work directly strengthens the performance, reliability, and safety of critical projects. You will:

Assist in designing instrumentation systems by selecting sensors, data acquisition units, and telemetry setups that address specific client needs.

Deploy and configure geotechnical and structural monitoring equipment on active project sites to collect accurate, real‑time data.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to understand available technologies, evaluate options, and support accurate cost estimation.

Analyze data from sensors, survey systems, and monitoring networks to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for clients.

Prepare clear technical reports, dashboards, and presentations that guide client decisions and communicate findings effectively.

Participate in project meetings, contributing insights on progress, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

Support project delivery to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations across a diverse client base.

The Skills That Set You Apart You bring curiosity, discipline, and hands‑on technical ability. You also bring:

A bachelor's degree in physical, electrical, mechanical, civil, geological, construction, or mining engineering—or an equivalent discipline.

Comfort working with instrumentation, electronic tools, and data processing software, including the Microsoft Office suite.

A valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle, and an ASP Construction card.

Interest in fieldwork, including hands‑on installation of monitoring equipment and site visits.

Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Willingness to travel to remote sites across Canada.

Proficiency in English and professionalism in written and spoken communication; proficiency in French, Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.

Experience in engineering consulting is considered an advantage.
