Role Description The French Language Instructor will deliver live, interactive French lessons through YouLearnt’s virtual classroom platform in a remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting French language lessons, developing instructional materials, and adapting teaching approaches to different proficiency levels and learning styles. The instructor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate quizzes and other digital tools to support engagement and retention. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with the YouLearnt team on curriculum enhancement, maintaining accurate records of sessions, and ensuring a high-quality, inclusive learning environment for all learners.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with a focus on French as a foreign or second language. Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, goal-oriented learning activities. Candidates should possess familiarity with French Literature and cultural topics to enrich lessons and contextualize language learning. Proficiency in online or remote instruction, including use of virtual classroom tools and digital learning resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Relevant academic background in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent experience is an advantage. Ability to create an inclusive, respectful, and engaging learning environment for diverse learners.
