- Co-ordinate and manage multiple crews
- Schedule crews
- Organize crews with proper equipment, and materials
- Communicate instructions to crews on a daily basis
- Prepare estimates when needed
- Communicate with clients and property managers
- Supervise projects when needed
- Ensure safety is followed to company standards
- Read and understand drawings and details
- Be a problem Solver
Qualifications
- Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
