What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Consultant you will play a pivotal role within the Partnerships and Performance team supporting contact centre operations. This position is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and ensuring effective execution of vendor management activities, with a particular focus on 3rd party staff augmentation partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive operational excellence and deliver business value. You will participate in the evolution of our overarching partnership and workforce strategy, to enable us to increase workforce flexibility, operational effectiveness, build team skills & capability, and be an expert partner within CIBC. You will provide thought leadership and contribute to the direction of Contact Centre’s workforce transformational initiatives.

  • Design - Implement vendor management strategies to support contact centre goals.
  • Develop - Strategic frameworks for vendor selection, performance evaluation, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate - Cross-functional teams to align vendor strategies with overall business objectives. Conduct market and vendor analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, service quality improvement, and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare recommendations - Funding requests for Contact Centre senior leadership based on detailed business cases.
  • Contribute - Strategic evolution of the business. Overall, our team leads strategic growth initiatives to enable the contact centre of the future for the benefit of our clients and CIBC.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate experience in managing relationships at the Senior Executive level and have 4+ years of Consultative or Management level experience including solving complex problems. Demonstrating and understanding end to end business transformation.
