As aLead Analyst, People Analytics, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation: designing intuitive, user-centered analytical solutions that empower leaders across the organization.

Reporting to the [Director of People Analytics], you’ll collaborate across teams to define, wrangle, and visualize data in ways that are not only insightful but beautifully designed and easy to use.

Educational background –Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Value-add skills / experience –Experience with Python, R, SAS, SPSS, MatLab, and/or SQL; advanced proficiency in Excel; proven expertise in Power BI or other data visualization platforms and exposure to SuccessFactors Analytics are considered strong assets.
