ClubLink is Hiring! Member Services Associate If you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. As a Member Services Associate , you will play a key role in supporting ClubLink Members and Guests by providing knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service while collaborating with internal departments across the organization.
The Member Services team offers a wide range of support through strong organizational knowledge and a commitment to service excellence. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all ClubLink Member inquiries and tee time bookings in a call center environment
- Respond to inquiries related to membership, accounts, products, and services, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document, track, and follow up on Member issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and membership-related inquiries
- Prepare monthly reports of delinquent accounts and issue appropriate Member correspondence
- Post account adjustments and assist with month-end accounts receivable procedures
- Maintain and update Member records, including contact and address information
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service while demonstrating flexibility, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Proven background in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bilingual in English and French is a definite asset
